SHIPPING POLICY

Unless stated otherwise, my works are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2 days from when you place your order. Delivery will then be within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch and you will be notified when your parcel is on its way.
I package my ceramics in recycled and sustainable material and take the utmost care to ensure your order is well protected, double boxing if necessary and using biodegradable packing peanuts.
If your ceramics are damaged in any way during transport, please notify me straight away via email and send me a photo of the damaged item as well as a photograph of the item within the box to demonstrate to the transport company how it was packaged.
I will provide a refund for the damaged goods and handle the claim with the transport company.
I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
I’m not responsible for returned packages due to customer absence, or errors in shipping addresses. Additional shipping charges will be applied for reshipped packages.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that my refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days after purchase.
I hope that you will be 100% happy with your chosen ceramic/s. However, if the item you receive is not to your liking I will accept a return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return please email me and include proof of purchase and reason for requesting return.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As ceramic items are breakable, please ensure they are wrapped to prevent breakages. If items are broken in the post the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.

Refunds will be processed when the return has been received.
